Finding your Dream Wedding Cake should be an enjoyable, fun, stress free process.

Consultations are a great and informal way of meeting each other face to face. You can taste samples from the menu which can be tried at the consultation or boxed to take home. To get a feel for your wedding at the consultation it is always helpful to bring any items such as magazine clippings, dress and ribbon samples or even your invitations to assist me with providing the perfect cake! 

Choosing your cake is a fun process and you can be assured that from our first contact I aim to offer you an outstanding and personal service.


How much cake will I need 

Use the cake serving guide  below to help you calculate approximately how much cake you will need.

Servings are based on

1" x 1” x 4” coffee slice or  2”x 2 x 4” desert slice.

Sizes are approximate and can vary depending on how the venue staff slice the cakes.

    A light vanilla infused sponge cake layered with vanilla buttercream and raspberry jam.

  • Chocolate Fudge

    This one is for chocolate lovers. Rich and decadent and layered with a smooth ganache buttercream.

  • Lemon

    A lighter lemon sponge made with lemon zest and layered with vanilla buttercream and a smooth lemon curd.

  • Chocolate sponge

    A light chocolate sponge. Pair with one of these delicious fillings, orange, raspberry, coffee, coconut or caramel buttercream.

  • St Clements

    St Clements

    Oranges and lemons infused into a soft light sponge. Interwoven with orange marmalade and vanilla buttercream.

Planning your cake.

Consultations are by appointment only and are held at my home in Norwich. Appointments are for two people only and you will be provided with three cake flavours to sample (chosen by you prior to the appointment). Additional samples of the same flavours will also be provided for you to take away with you. Please note, there is a non-refundable fee of £10.00 for consultations.

Allergies and Special Dietary Requirements

All of my cakes contain gluten and may contain nuts or traces of nuts. I am able to make gluten free cakes but do not cater for eggless or dairy free at present.
